RLJIT Group Of institution has appointed Mr. Chethan V as a Lecturer in Computer Science for the PUC Department. He has a Master Of Science Degree in Computer Science. His innovative ideas Contribution and Performance in the field of Education has made a wonderful impact to shape the students in technical skills. 5+ years of his service in our college made us proud. He has the best record in his teaching quality and satisfying the students heart in learning. Many of our students have secured Centum, Distinction, First Class and 100% Pass Class in the Computer Science subject.

He is a M.Com Graduate from Bangalore University. He has done his M.Phil from Venkateshwara University, Tirupati. He has been a papular teacher among faculty and students. He has an academic experience of 20 Years in teaching at PU, Graduate, Post graduate and Professional levels. He also has a rich experience in Consultancy and Training - both at the Academic level and Corporate level. He has conducted various faculty development programs and workshops in educational institutions and has conducted training programs for UG and PG Students. He setted Undivided Bangalore University B.Com examination Question paper for correspondence course.
He is working in our institutions since 2006. He has been given excellent results in PU Board examination from beginning. He expertise in CA-CPT, IBPS and other professionals and competitive exams coaching.
He always guiding the students to inculcate good things to become good citizen of the society.

She is working at our college since 2019 till date She gave very good result in PU board examination and also motivational speaker to extract hidden talent of students She hosted many cultural programme and boost the students to participate in various cultural activities and sports. Manjunatha TG is working as a lecturer in english since 5 years at our college. He works sincerely and extending his knowledge and skills to our students. He has 20 years of experience in teaching and worked in various institutions as a lecturer, coordinator, subject resource person. He attended many orientation programmes and recieved 100% results certificate from the principal's assosiation in 2015. He is a poet and a writer. He wrote many poems in english and in kannada, he attended many literary programmes and recieved many certificates and awards from district and state level competitions.He has been attending board evaluation camp since 2015 to till the date. He served as a judge twice in taluk level and district level essay competition organised by PU board

ಹೆಚ್ ಕೆ ಆನಂದನಾದ ನಾನು ಶ್ರೀ ದೇವರಾಜ್ ಅರಸ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ 20 ವಷ೯ಗಳಿಂದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕನಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್ ಎಸ್ ಎಸ್(NSS) ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕತ೯ವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿವ೯ಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಪದವಿ ಪೂವ೯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿಷಯದ ಕಾಯ೯ಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ(Kannada workshop) ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಪದವಿ ಪೂವ೯ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ವಾಷಿ೯ಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕನಾಗಿ(office superintendent) 05 ವಷ೯ ಕತ೯ವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿವ೯ಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕನಾ೯ಟಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ನಡೆಸುವ ಸಿ ಇ ಟಿ (CET) ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕನಾಗಿ (OS) 05 ವಷ೯ ಕತ೯ವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿವ೯ಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಪದವಿ ಪೂವ೯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ವಾಷಿ೯ಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ 10ವಷ೯ ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ (2nd PUC Valuation) ಕಾಯ೯ದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಕಾಯ೯ಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರೂಪಕನಾಗಿ (anchor) ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾಥಿ೯ಗಳನ್ನು ತಾಲೂಕು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ, ವಿಭಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ,ಗೆಲುವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳು ಬರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಶ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ರವಿಕುಮಾರ್ ಎನ್. ಎಂ.ಎ, ಬಿ, ಎಡ್,ನೆಟ್. ಇವರು 2006 ರಿಂದ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕನಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಠ್ಯ ಬೋಧನೆಯ ಜೊತೆ ಸುಮಾರು 10 ವರ್ಷ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿ, 8 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿಯು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿ, 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪಿಯು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಸುಮಾರು ವರ್ಷ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ಮತ್ತು 17 ವರ್ಷ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿಯು ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಮಾಪನ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
